If a timeline is unrealistic, or an approach won't scale, we say so — even when the easier answer would be to agree.

Shipping code isn't the finish line. We stay accountable for whether the product actually works for the people using it.

We favor architecture we can explain and defend over architecture that looks impressive but nobody can maintain.
