Who We Are
Building teams on ability, not background.
Good engineering comes from people with different experiences looking at the same problem. We hire for that difference.
What this means in practice
We evaluate engineers and designers on their work — code, design decisions, problem-solving — not on where they went to school or who they know. Our hiring process is built around practical assessment, because that's what actually predicts whether someone can do the job well.
Where we still have work to do
We're a growing company, and we don't have formal diversity metrics to publish yet. Rather than state numbers we can't back up, we'd rather be direct: this is a commitment we're building the processes to support properly, not a program with results to show yet.
